FAQ

Can anyone order lampshades from your company?
At this time we‘re only working with commercial accounts.

I don’t have an account with your company, how can I acquire one?
Feel free to call us and set up your account. All new accounts will require credit references before any orders can be processed.

How can I place my order?
Just give us a call, fax us or send us an e-mail for all catalog requests and orders.

What forms of payment do we accept?
All orders are invoiced the day they are shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card payments. We also accept checks.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All our lampshades are made by hand, so please allow 4 to 6 weeks for us to fill your order. You can check with us at any time to check on your order status.

Is there a minimum to order?
For initial orders, there is a $500 minimum for new accounts. After that, there is no minimum order requirements. However, all orders under $50 will be charged an additional $5 service fee.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Factory. We will follow your ruting instructions if given. Otherwise, we will ship by the most economical means possible. Third Party Drop Shipping is available upon request for a $5 service fee. For UPS or Fed Ex shipping, there is an additional $2.50 per carton handling fee.

When placing my order I gave the wrong shipping address. Can that be changed?
Yes. Please contact us with your address correction. There will be a $5 service fee for all shipping address changes.

How can I return a product or receive price deduction due to defects or damage?
When your shipment arrives, please inspect it carefully for concealed damage or defects. Please do not destroy or dispose of any defective shades or cartons. Give us a call immediately and talk with our Customer Service Department for instructions. Returns or deductions will not be accepted without consent from our Customer Service Department.

My order was damaged in shipping. What do I do?
Any truck freight damage claims must be filed with the delivering carrier. Any internal shortages or freight damages must be reported to us within 7 days after receipt of order.

I sell Lampshades in my store. Any other services you can offer me?
We can now put your retail prices on all lamp shades. This service is available at no charge. You tell us what your retail mark-up is, how you want your final price rounded off, and all your tags for regular orders will be preprinted with your retail price. Your company name, city and state will also appear on your tags.

Is there any other information or fees that I need to be aware of?
There is a 1 ½% charge ($5 minimum) on past due invoices. Past due accounts may prevent your orders from being processed or shipped until current, including service charges. There is a $30 charge for NSF checks.
